Invasiviteit (toelichting) It is suggested that this species is non native for Europe, because this large conspicious species was only first descibed in 1835 in Norway. In the Netherlands it was first recorded in 1915. If it is indeed a non native species is has been very invasive as it is nowerdays a very common species (Wolff, 2005)
